With Carbonstop's professional consulting guidance and technical support, Hualong Aviation has completed the carbon inventory at the company operation level, established carbon neutrality goals, and formulated plans, becoming China's first business aviation company to announce a carbon neutrality plan. The green development journey of China's business aviation sector has thus begun!
Hualong Aviation, the largest business aircraft fleet operator in the Asia-Pacific region, recently announced its carbon neutrality goal: to achieve carbon neutrality for its own fleet, ground support operations, and office operations by 2025, and to promote carbon neutrality in flight operations for over 20% of managed aircraft, ultimately achieving overall business carbon neutrality by 2035.
This is the first business aviation company in China to announce a carbon neutrality plan.

Carbonstop Collaborates with Hualong Aviation to Complete the First "Carbon Neutral" Flight
"This flight covered a distance of 14,114 kilometers, generating 59.01 tons of CO2e, and 60 tons of national certified voluntary emission reductions were canceled, successfully achieving carbon neutrality!" On April 22, 2022, World Earth Day, Hualong Aviation introduced a Dassault Falcon 7X business aircraft from France using a "green flight."

Carbon Neutrality Certificate Issued by Carbonstop
With the professional guidance and technical support of Carbonstop, the carbon emissions of the international route "Bordeaux-Dubai-Shanghai" were calculated, and the flight achieved "carbon neutrality" through low-carbon reduction measures and the cancellation of national certified voluntary emission reductions. This was also the first "carbon neutral" flight in China's business aviation sector.

Carbonstop Assists Hualong Aviation in Initiating the "Carbon Neutrality Journey"
Following the collaboration on the "carbon-neutral" flight, Hualong Aviation once again partnered with Carbonstop. With Carbonstop's technological empowerment, using 2021 as the base year, the company completed the carbon inventory of its operational level and received the Hualong Aviation Greenhouse Gas Emission Report (hereinafter referred to as the "Report") provided by Carbonstop.
According to the report, the total greenhouse gas emissions generated by Hualong Aviation's full-service business aircraft processes, including aircraft transactions, aircraft management, charter services, ground handling, and FBO operations, amounted to 31,612.14 tons. Additionally, Carbonstop, based on Hualong Aviation's actual carbon emission situation, business development trends, and costs of carbon reduction and carbon neutrality, developed a dedicated carbon neutrality goal and implementation path planning for the company.

Hualong Aviation will follow the principle of "prioritizing energy conservation and emission reduction, with offsetting as a supplement", and plans to promote the timely achievement of its carbon neutrality goals on the basis of existing green practices, through six aspects: digital aviation construction, sustainable energy application, green office buildings, green transportation, green supply chain, and carbon offsetting.
In the future, Carbonstop will work together with Hualong Aviation to jointly promote the green and low-carbon development of China's aviation industry and contribute to global climate change efforts.
