On August 26, 2020, the bidding results for the "Development of a Carbon Emission Data Platform for Offshore Oil and Gas Fields Based on GIS System - Programming Services for Oil and Gas Field Carbon Emissions and Low-Carbon Policy Information Database" project, in which Carbonstop participated, were announced on the official website of CNOOC. Carbonstop stood out among many competing companies and won the bid for this project.
Looking back, Carbonstop's clients have already included well-known organizations and enterprises such as the United Nations Environment Programme, Alibaba, JD.com, Baidu, Vanke, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment. Winning the bid for the "Development of a Carbon Emission Data Platform for Offshore Oil and Gas Fields Based on GIS System" and several other major projects in 2020 further highlights the cohesion and competitiveness of the Carbonstop team.

On September 2, 2020, to promptly initiate the relevant work for the "Programming Services for Oil and Gas Field Carbon Emissions and Low-Carbon Policy Information Database" project, a project communication and exchange meeting was successfully held at the CNOOC Research Institute Building in Beijing, along with a "GIS Technical Support" training session, co-hosted by the CNOOC project team and the Carbonstop project team.
The meeting heard an introduction to Carbonstop from the company's team. The leaders and experts of the CNOOC project team highly recognized the achievements of Carbonstop. In the meeting, the CNOOC project team and Carbonstop had in-depth discussions and exchanges regarding project requirements and completion methods. Mr. Yang, the senior engineer of the CNOOC Information Data Center, provided "GIS Technical Support" training for the engineers of Carbonstop. The leadership of the CNOOC New Energy Research Center expressed recognition of Carbonstop's achievements over the years and its professional technical capabilities, expressing confidence and anticipation for the successful completion of this project.
