As of 2019, the group had approximately 3 million square meters of self-held and under-development projects. Notable projects under its umbrella include U-town Complex, U-town Plaza in Xidan, U-town Crowne Plaza Hotel, Dinghao Building, etc.

Yan Luhui stated that the construction industry accounts for a significant proportion of national carbon emissions, about 40%.
